Jerry Giovinazzo has worked as a sales and business development expert for more than 30 years. His background includes financial services, advertising, and benefits consulting. In 1993, Jerry Giovinazzo started as an account executive at Monroe Parker (Stratton Oakmont) in Purchase, New York. He built a strong reputation by helping sales teams through training programs and growing new accounts over time.
Between 1998 and 2000, Jerry Giovinazzo worked as a regional account executive and sales district manager at Ruben H. Donnelly/Dun & Bradstreet, where he led a group of eight sales representatives and achieved an 80 percent rate of client renewals. Later, he directed advertising sales efforts at Register.com and Yellow Book USA. He became one of the top performers in his division, grew client portfolios, and managed successful teams.
In 2003, Mr. Giovinazzo started working at Paychex, Inc., as a benefits consultant. He became one of the top performers in the company and helped create its Large Market Record Keeping division. Since 2012, he has been serving as the regional vice president of retirement sales at John Hancock Retirement Plan Services. He grew his region to manage over $240 million in assets and has been named on NAPA’s Top 100 DC Wholesalers list every year since 2018.
Jerry Giovinazzo holds both Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses. He also earned an associate degree in retail management. In his free time, he enjoys hobbies like riding motorcycles and woodworking.
